个人介绍

苏向敬,男,汉族,中共党员。2008年和2011年分别于郑州大学电气工程学院获工学学士和硕士学位;2011年至2015年期间国家公派于澳大利亚科廷大学攻读博士学位,师从Peter Wolfs教授(澳大利亚电工委员会APEC前主席、国会智能电网顾问)和Mohammad A.S. Masoum教授。201511月毕业回国,并以光明学者特聘教授身份进入到上海电力大学电气工程学院符杨教授团队工作。先后于20175月入选上海市浦江人才计划(A类),20187月入选上海电力大学国际名校电院之星培育工程(每年全校遴选1人)。201811月至202010月在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学开展为期两年的访学交流,合作导师为IEEE Fellow董朝阳教授。主要研究方向为主动配电网优化规划与运行(新能源并网、储能、电动汽车等)、海上风电大数据技术(出力预测、状态监测、故障诊断等)。截止目前累计发表录用SCI/EI学术论文48篇,含IEEE Transactions on Power Systems /Sustainable EnergyIET Generation Transmission & Distribution等专业SCI期刊14篇,累计引用405次(google scholar)。先后承担了国家重点研发计划项目子课题、澳大利亚珀斯光伏城(Perth Solar City)项目、上海市科委浦江人才计划项目、上海市教委优秀青年教师培养计划项目、上海电力大学光明学者电院之星人才计划项目及多项上海电力公司科技项目。现为IEEE高级会员、中国电机工程学会会员、澳大利亚工程师协会会员及上海市青年科技人才协会创始会员。目前担任IEEE PES上海分会秘书长、IET Generation Transmission & Distribution客座编辑,并长期担任IEEE Trans.IET Journals等专业国际顶级学术期刊审稿人,目前已累积审稿近百篇(Publons)。作为Panel报告专家受邀参加中国国际配电会议CICED 2014IEEE PES APPEEC 2020等国际会议。分别在IEEE ISIE 2019SPIES 2019等国际会议组织配电网专题;担任第9届电力与能源系统国际会议ICPES 2019程序委员会主席。另是澳大利亚格里菲斯大学博士学位论文外审专家。
